Daily Dharma

About Daily Dharma

Daily Dharma delivers one teaching every morning from India's philosophical traditions — the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, the Yoga Sutras, and other classical sources — translated by named, verifiable scholars, explained in plain language, and connected to something you're actually dealing with today.

This is not a religious app, a scripture archive, or an AI chatbot that improvises spiritual advice. Every teaching cites a real source — the exact work, chapter or sutra number, translator, and year — so you can always check it yourself. If we can't verify a translation's attribution, we don't publish it.

The promise is simple: ancient wisdom, applied to modern problems — career, discipline, relationships, money, failure, purpose — in three minutes a day.
