Terms & Conditions
Last updated September 4, 2026
Daily Dharma is operated by Laksh Sadhwani (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Daily Dharma is a paid daily-practice product: one lesson per day drawn from ancient Indian philosophical texts — the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Yoga Sutras, and other classical sources — delivered on the web and by email, built around a source verse, its meaning, a modern application, and a practice. There is no free tier — access requires an active paid plan, described on our Pricing page.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
3. Subscriptions & billing
We offer monthly, annual, and lifetime plans, billed in INR or USD depending on your location. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled; lifetime plans are a single one-time purchase covering ongoing access.
All payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly. Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you’ve already paid for.
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time by emailing support@dailyrituals.club. Cancelling stops future renewal; it does not refund the period you’re currently in — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
4. Content, sources & intellectual property
Lessons draw on public-domain Indian philosophical texts (see our Sources page) alongside original commentary, framing, and practices we write. The original commentary, product design, and compilation are owned by Laksh Sadhwani. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access this content for your own use — not to republish, resell, scrape, or redistribute it.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape or bulk-download content, share a paid account across multiple people, or use the service in any way that disrupts it for other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
6. Not professional advice
Daily Dharma is a reflective and educational product. Nothing in it constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you’re dealing with a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laksh Sadhwani is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll notify active subscribers by email before it takes effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
